Contact support

Email gordon@intiesltd.com for payment questions, missing credits, problems with an edit, refund requests or privacy requests. Include your checkout email, the date and a short description. A Stripe receipt or payment reference helps us find the purchase. Do not send your password, full card number or authentication codes.

NMSS is operated by INTIES LTD., registered in England and Wales, company number 17433193. Registered office: 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX. No More Slop Studio is a trading name, not a separate company.

Terms of service

These terms apply when you use or purchase from NMSS. The service and checkout are offered in English. Please use the service only if you are at least 18 and can enter into a contract.

What you receive

NMSS provides AI-assisted still-image redesign. You upload or paste an image, optionally provide a brief of up to 1,000 characters, choose a direction and generate a result. Full redesign includes an automated visual review and, where needed, one correction attempt. Wallbreaker adds a more detailed art-direction pass, higher-detail image rendering and a higher-reasoning review. These are NMSS service names; image creation and reasoning use OpenAI models. A review is not a guarantee: check wording, people, product details and suitability before publishing. Layout mode changes composition, typography and colour without retouching image details. We do not promise a particular artistic result, a human-created image, uniqueness or that a result will pass an AI detector.

PNG, JPEG and WebP uploads up to 30 MB are supported. Large images may be resized or compressed for processing; your original file is not changed. Examples are labelled as either actual studio results or curated illustrations of creative directions. Referenced artists and brands do not endorse NMSS.

Prices and delivery

Standard generations cost one credit. Wallbreaker premium generations cost 1.5 credits for pay as you go customers, or one credit while a monthly plan is active. A one-time $1.50 purchase adds 1.5 credits for one Wallbreaker edit. Other one-time purchases are $1 for 1 credit, $5 for 5, $10 for 10, $20 for 20, $50 for 50 and $80 for 100. Monthly plans are First Coat at $20 for 25 credits, Fresh Layers at $70 for 90 credits, and Full Wall at $150 for 200 credits. All prices are in US dollars. The total you must pay is shown in Stripe before you confirm; your bank may separately charge currency-conversion fees.

Choose your purchase, check the price and details on Stripe, correct any mistakes, then confirm payment. Credits become available digitally after successful payment confirmation, usually on your return to the studio. Contact support if they do not arrive. No physical goods are delivered. We do not award free signup or guest credits.

Monthly plans and cancellation

Monthly plans charge immediately and renew automatically at the stated monthly price until cancelled. Credits are added after each successful monthly payment. There is no minimum commitment beyond the paid month. Cancel future renewals using Manage billing in the pricing section before your next renewal, or contact support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Unused paid credits roll over and remain available after cancellation; they are not transferable or redeemable for cash except where a refund is due. A refunded purchase reverses its corresponding credits. A disputed payment may temporarily restrict credit use while it is resolved.

Your account and work

Sign up or sign in with Google directly on NMSS for credit packs, monthly plans and access across devices. Existing customers who used ChatGPT sign-in can access that account and explicitly link Google from My Studio; matching email addresses do not merge accounts automatically. First-time signed-in customers may choose a unique NMSS username; it can be changed in the studio. Guest $1 and $1.50 purchases are tied to a secure session cookie in the same browser; deleting cookies, using another device or letting that cookie expire can remove guest access. Sign in from the same browser to attach those credits to your account, or contact support with your receipt for help.

You must have permission to upload and edit your content, including relevant rights and permissions for identifiable people. You retain your rights in your uploads. You permit us and our processing providers to process the content to deliver the requested edit. Do not upload unlawful content, private material you have no permission to share, or content intended to deceive, harass or infringe others' rights. AI output may resemble other material; assess rights before commercial use.

You can download completed results. Completed redesigns and browser-saved layouts are available privately in Your saved projects when signed in. Keep your own copies. If an edit fails or cannot pass our automated review, its generation credit is returned. Service interruptions can happen; we will not debit another credit for retrying the same pending request. A new generation is a new paid request.

We may suspend abusive use or use involving fraudulent payments. We will not remove your statutory consumer rights. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The law of England and Wales applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or access to courts where they live. Changes to these terms apply prospectively; existing purchases retain the terms agreed when bought.

Refunds and cancellation

To cancel a purchase or request a refund, email gordon@intiesltd.com with your checkout email and payment reference. Tell us which purchase you want to cancel. You do not need a special form.

You may request cancellation within 14 days of purchase. Unused credits from that purchase can be refunded. When you choose to generate immediately, you request that we start providing the service during that period; we may deduct a proportionate amount for service already supplied where the law permits. We do not require you to waive your statutory rights simply to buy credits.

Monthly cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically request a refund of an earlier payment. Contact us if you were charged incorrectly, did not receive credits, or the service was faulty. Faulty or misdescribed services may entitle you to a repeat performance, price reduction or refund under applicable law. A technically completed image is not a promise of your preferred aesthetic, but you can contact us about a result that does not meet the service description.

Failed generations automatically return their credit rather than charging again. Approved money refunds go to the original payment method; we aim to process them within 14 days of agreeing the refund, and your bank may need additional time to display it. Refunded credits are removed so the same purchase cannot be spent twice. These policies do not limit your statutory rights.

Saved projects contain your completed images, preview thumbnails and creative briefs. They are associated with your account, accessible only through your signed-in session, and retained to provide your project history. Contact support to request deletion of your account or saved work.

Privacy policy

INTIES LTD. is the controller of personal information handled by NMSS. Contact gordon@intiesltd.com about your information or rights.

Information we use and why

We process information to perform our contract with you, comply with legal obligations and pursue legitimate interests in running a secure service and answering support requests. Optional analytics relies on your consent.

Cookies and browser storage

Necessary, secure session cookies keep guest purchases connected to their browser and, when you sign in with Google, keep your NMSS account signed in for up to 30 days. A short-lived cookie protects the Google sign-in redirect. When you begin an edit and continue to Stripe, a copy of the prepared edit is temporarily saved in your browser so generation can start after payment confirmation; it is removed from that local pending store when the edit completes. Google sign-in, optional legacy ChatGPT sign-in and Stripe use their own necessary authentication and payment technologies. We store your optional analytics preference in browser storage. We do not use advertising cookies in the studio.

Providers, storage and retention

Our service uses Google for direct Google sign-in, OpenAI for site hosting, optional legacy ChatGPT sign-in and image processing, underlying Cloudflare infrastructure for application data and image storage, and Stripe for payments and subscriptions. Relevant information is shared with these providers to supply their services. Providers may process data outside the UK; applicable contractual safeguards and their data-processing terms govern those transfers. Their own privacy notices also apply to their direct services: Google, OpenAI, Stripe and Cloudflare.

Temporary processing images are removed after an edit completes or its failure is processed. Completed images and design records are stored to retrieve results; contact us to request their deletion. Account and credit records are retained while needed to provide your balance and resolve disputes. Billing records may need to be retained for statutory accounting periods even after account deletion. We use feedback to review and improve the studio. Older notes are removed as new feedback arrives, and you can request deletion sooner. Optional raw section-visit analytics is retained for up to 90 days. Provider retention periods may differ. We do not sell your personal information.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, restrict its use or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent for optional analytics at any time. We may need to verify your identity and retain information where legally required. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or your local data-protection authority. Please contact us first if you would like us to help resolve a concern.
